Hi all, We're aware that many of you are experiencing some bugs/glitches in their games, and we just want to let you know that the teams are diligently working on their fixes. I will be updating this message throughout the days to keep you all posted on their progress. Updated 02-13 4:43pm EST Dark Knight suit not possible to have undamaged Hi all, The Dark Knight suit that players unlock after completing all of the Dark Knight challenges currently has a bug that makes the suit have battle damage after being unlocked. The teams have looked into whether this bug can be resolved in the next patch, and unfortunately, have concluded that it cannot be done. The programming code on the skin is locked and there is a larger than expected amount of risk associated with fixing this bug that would compromise gameplay performance and framerate. Thanks for being passionate Arkham fans and thank you for your continued understanding and support.

Hi everyone, Since the last patch, many of the major progression blockers in the game have been fixed. We understand that in rare cases, players are still experiencing some bugs and glitches in the game. The listed fixes for these platforms address the issues in a way that should prevent them from occurring again in the game, or fix them on the spot after you’ve downloaded the patch. For those players still experiencing the bugs that we have listed as fixes in the latest patch, we recommend the following steps: FOR XBOX 360 PLAYERS Please make sure that you are offline when you follow the below instructions. When prompted to sign in to Xbox Live, please do not do so. Also, please backup your saved games on any other storage device before doing this.

Steps: 1) Go in Settings System Storage. Highlight your Hard Drive and press the Y button. Select Clear System Cache.

Confirm by selecting Yes. 2) Go in Settings System Storage Hard Drive Games and Apps and find Batman: Arkham Origins 3) Click on Batman Arkham Origins. You should see your saved games, DLCs, etc. 4) Find the 15 MB game update called “Batman Arkham Origins Title Update” and delete it. 5) Play Batman: Arkham Origins and refuse the update.

Hit 'cancel' FOR PS3 PLAYERS Please backup your saved games on any other storage device before doing this. For Digital Download format: Steps: 1) Go in XMB™ Game Find Batman: Arkham Origins 2) Press the triangle button. Select Options Delete. Confirm by selecting Yes.

3) Download and install Batman: Arkham Origins from PlayStation®Store. 4) Copy saved game from storage device onto PlayStation®3 system hard disk drive. 5) Run the game and Refuse the update or just go offline. Hit 'No' when prompted to Sign in PSN ℠. For DISC format: Steps: 1) Go in XMB™ Game Find Batman: Arkham Origins 2) Press the triangle button. Select Options Delete. Confirm by selecting Yes.

3) Insert game DISC to install onto PlayStation®3 system hard disk drive. 4) Copy saved game from storage device onto PS3™ systemHDD. 5) Run the game and Refuse the update or just go offline. Hit 'No' when prompted to Sign in PSN ℠. If you still experience the bug after doing the above, please apply the patch and force a save (for example by traveling to the Batcave), then continue your game. If, after you have tried the above steps, you still experience your bug, we would advise that you restart your game and start a new save file.

Your save games have made it possible for the dev teams to dig deeper into these bugs to try to find solutions for them. Corrupt/Damaged Downloadable Content error message For players who are experiencing the issue of a corrupt or damaged DLC message appearing when playing the singleplayer campaign that is preventing them from progressing in the game, please open a support ticket by visiting support.wbgames.com and clicking “Ask for Help”. When filling out the form of the support ticket, please be sure to attach an image of a proof of purchase of the game such as a purchase invoice, receipt, etc.

As this will help the support team move forward more quickly with next steps on resolving this. Thank you for your patience and continued understanding.

Workaround for unlocking Ninja Bruce Initiation Achievements for Xbox 360 Please make sure that you are offline when you follow the below instructions. When prompted to sign in to Xbox Live, please do not do so. Steps: 1) G o in Settings System Storage. Highlight your Hard Drive and press the Y button.

Select Clear System Cache. Confirm by selecting Yes. 2) Go into your hard drive, find Batman: Arkham Origins. 3) Go in Settings System Storage Hard Drive Games and Apps and find Batman: Arkham Origins 4) Click on Batman Arkham Origins. You should see your saved games, DLCs, etc.

5) Find the 15 MB game update called “Batman Arkham Origins Title Update” and delete it. 6) Remain offline to prevent patching. 7) Play Batman: Arkham Origins and refuse the update.

Hit 'cancel' 8) Go into Story mode Challenge Mode and play an easy predator map or combat map offline and get any medal playing as Bruce. 9) If you previously unlocked all the required medals, then the achievements should also unlock subsequently. After following these steps, you should now be rewarded all the Initiation DLC achievements that you had previously completed. Once you do so, you may restart your console to re-install the patch again. Batman One Million Skin issues We understand that there are still some players experiencing problems getting their Batman One Million Skin after having registered for a WBID account. T he latest patch for the game for Xbox 360 and PS3 now helps players who are still having trouble.

If you may have entered the wrong address or made a typo when signing into your WBID initially in-game, you should now be able to confirm what WBID you are signed into via the Options menu. To confirm what WBID you are signed into, just select WBID from the main menu, and the WBID you are currently logged into will be displayed. If this address is incorrect or you would like to use something else, you can unlink this WBID from your game by following the instructions. After doing this you will be able to log into the correct WBID the next time you launch the game. If you are still experiencing any problems with WBID after doing this, please contact customer support at support.wbgames.com and clicking 'Ask for Help' in order to enter the details of your support ticket.

Initiation Challenge Map Add-On Trophies Unlock Issues (PS3 and Xbox 360) UPDATE The Initiation Challenge Map Add-On comes with 2 new Trophies! Due to delays of the next (1.05) patch for PS3 and Patch 3 for Xbox 360, these new Trophies are not currently available for our PS3 and for some of our Xbox 360 users. Players on these consoles may still fulfill all the requirements to obtain the Trophies, but the Trophies will not be awarded until patch 1.05 for PS3 is released, and Patch 3 for Xbox 360. Your challenge map progress in the Initiation Add-On is always saved.

Before the next patch goes live, PS3 and Xbox players will not see the Trophies being awarded to them after they’ve completed the requirements to unlock the Trophies. But once the patch is out, the system will check players’ progress and the game will grant them the Trophies, without players having to redo all the progress. Having said that, after this new patch is released for both consoles, players will just need to complete another Challenge Map with one of the Initiation Bruce Wayne Skins, and the Trophies will be awarded to them accordingly. The game will check a player’s total progress every time they complete a challenge map - even if it was already completed before - and compares it to available Trophies, then grants players their unlocked Trophy.

The teams are hard at work on this next patch and are expecting it to be released within the next couple of weeks. The 2 new Trophies for the Initiation Challenge Map Add-On are:. Bruce’s Revenge – Obtain all 72 medals on the original Arkham Origins ranked maps as Bruce Wayne. Campaign Ninja – Obtain all 108 medals on the original Arkham Origins campaigns as Bruce Wayne Initiation Challenge Map Add-On not showing up as Free for PS3 Season Pass holders (Europe) For PS3 Season Pass holders in Europe who are trying to get the Initiation Add-On and it's showing a price, please try selecting download and the content should be free.

The teams are currently trying to get the prices removed for Season Pass holders, but the content is currently there as free for players. Initiation Add-On is now showing up in the in-game store for Xbox 360 and users are prompted (on a profile with Season Pass) to download Initiation when the game looks for the Downloadable content. Corrupted Saves Update – Xbox 360 only We are aware that a small number of players have reported losing their saved game files due to data corruption. Specifically, when trying to choose a saved file story slot to continue from, the system indicates that the file is “Corrupted” and if selected, an error message appears which notifies the user, “The save is corrupt. Please delete it.” The upcoming planned patch for Xbox 360 addresses this issue in a way that once players have downloaded the patch, it should greatly reduce future instances of corrupted saves.

For those players who have already experienced a corrupted save as described above, we advise that they start a new game, as unfortunately, a corrupted game cannot be salvaged. In this case, a corrupted game means that the file is broken at the operating system level. The new code in this next patch is expected to reduce the occurrence of corrupt files stemming from files crashing while saving.

The patch includes an overhaul of the way the save files are handled, such as minimizing the time files are opened for writing and adding a backup system of save files to any new updated save on the hard drive. As a reminder, please do not turn off, unplug, or otherwise shut down your console while a save is in progress as this can damage the existing save file.

We understand that this situation is very frustrating for those that experienced this issue and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. New Millennium Skins Pack and Infinite Earths Skins Pack Errors The teams are aware that some PS3 players in the Europe region who have purchased a Season Pass are experiencing issues with downloading the content of the New Millennium Skins Pack since it's release (the Skins Pack is not showing up as 'Free' in the PSN or In-Game Store). They are currently working on a fix for this and should have an update soon. UPDATE: This error has been resolved. F or Season Pass holders experiencing issues with downloading the New Millennium Skins pack, please check in the In-Game and PSN Store again. It should now be listed as 'Free' if you have already purchased the Season Pass.

UPDATE Some player have also reported not being able to use the skins in the New Millennium Skins Pack and Infinite Earths Skins Pack in Multiplayer mode on Xbox 360 - the teams are also aware of this and are investigating a fix for it. Black Mask drug stash does not count when destroyed preventing confrontation at the Church Patch 1.04 Notes This patch is now live for PS3 players in Europe and North America. Singleplayer. Addressed a few more cases of 'infinite falling' in Bridge and in the My Alibi club. Users were able to get stuck unable to grapple if you miss the helicopter in Royal Hotel. This has been fixed.

Fixed the Gotham bridge elevator so that if you backtracked you can still progress forward. Fixed the GCPD Sewers elevator stuck in wrong state when backtracking to the area. Should no longer be able to glide out of world with the fast travel system in the open world. Fix potential issue when backing out too soon after creating a new save slot. Immediately acquiring concussion detonator after using batwing now saves objective when fast traveling later.

Fixed animation crash using invalid texture’s unused memory. On rare occasions, Batman would only have 1 health after restarting after title autosaves. This should no longer happen. Fixed situation where users were blocked from destroying the Black Mask Drug stash due to unlocking the cage to the stash near the Courthouse then immediately entering the courthouse. Bird Most Wanted side mission should now always start correctly. Fixed Firefly intro movie not starting properly in certain cases.

Fix for Bane 2 not spawning again in FFC at start of prison. Users should no longer be getting stuck outside of GCPD shooting range.

Jezebel Plaza objective does not clear away in rare situations. This has been addressed. Most Wanted - Deadshot - Upon completion of Deadshot side mission, title hangs. Fix for Deadshot quest not completing properly.NEW. Fix potential cinematic mode blocks just before the objective to find Electrocutioner’s Electromagnetic Signature.NEW. Keyboard must have 'fn' key in order to teleport Batman to safety.
