The Office Language Interface Packs first started to appear when Office 2003 was released. There are 33 released Office 2003 LIP, the links of which I have given you below: To install any the Office 2003 Language Interface pack (LIP) you need at least any Standard version of Office 2003. If you have a standard version of Office 2003 then just follow these simple install instructions to install your language LIP: A) From one of the download locations above c lick the Download button and then sav e the LIP.exe file to your hard disk. B) Once saved locally on your machine you can run the LIP.exe program file on your hard disk to start the LIP Setup. C) If on Windows Vista you may see a User account Control security message when you go to run the LIP.exe but just click continue with your Office LIP install.

If on Windows XP you not see any User account control option but the following screen where you need to hit run: D) One you hit run you will see the files of your LIP.exe extracting.
